We accept most credit card such as VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept payment in Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC through Coinbase Commerce. Payment method can be chosen at checkout.

Our store's official currency is in CAD(Canadian Dollars). So while the price you see is based on your local currency, at check out it will be converted to CAD at latest conversion rate. But rest assured, you will be charged the same price in the currency you see listed,

Our product are made of 100% high grade borosilicate glass, very durable and can withstand extreme temperatures.

Yes, as long as item has not been opened or damaged, we will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  

Item that has been damaged during shipment will be eligible for replacements.

If item has been damaged during shipment, we will need you to contact us with a photo of the damaged product. Once we confirm the damage, we will send out another shipment.

If you wish to return an item, then we will need you to ship the item back to us for inspection, and you will be responsible for the return cost. Once item has been confirmed eligible for refund, we will issue refund to original payment method. 

Our warehouse is located in Victoria BC, Canada

Shipping usually takes about 10-18 business days for orders within North America. For other parts of the world shipping could take up to 45 business days.

We ship to anywhere in North America, Europe and Australia. We can also ship to some parts of Asia but cannot ship to most African countries.
